How important is it to actually do the black spirit quests from 1-56? I just kinda started grinding after I got the donkey, seems better but idk if I'm missing anything

Black spirit is your best bro. Following his quests gives you inventory slots.

So would it be smarter to get to 50 by grinding then go do all of the quests? Or should I stop grinding and just follow the quest line? I'm 31 at the moment but I also have a 51 DK I leveled (and lost interest in) purely through grinding.

Get to 56 first, then do them. You can do the entire main line of Mediah quests in a few hours.

Because the class isn't that great outside of 1 v 1 and small scale. But at the lower end of node wars it doesn't matter as long as you are good and geared.

yeah your guys characters look pretty good. but about the 'preference' thing, there's such a thing as facial proportions. Things that make a face more recognizably human. eyes that aren't too high or too low. mouth that isn't too high or too low or too wide. shit like that. jaw lines that are either too pronounced or so absent you'd think they didn't have molar teeth. shit like that.

That's pretty much why ugly people irl, who aren't also disfigured, are 'ugly' cuz their facial proportions are more off than normal.

And seeing you guys defend your own characters just reminds me that everyone sees their character as a child - parents always love how their child looks, even though everyone else thinks its an abomination

Why does the game randomly change my quest route to be in the opposite direction of the quest.

My character just ran away from the quest objective and it keeps happening then I have to double back and refresh the quest marker

It is! You are a walking force of nature without any thinking required. The power is amazingly ridiculous. I had around 70DP all the way up to level 55 and still had no real problems arise until later.

Get a crafted costume and a costume ticket from the Marketplace. (Good luck.)

if you're new the game should give you some weapons to help you start out, but once you're able to you should buy a +15 Rosar weapon, they do sell fast so expect to take a bit at the market waiting to be able to buy one, that's normal

if that's way too expensive for you though you could buy a lower enchant and just work your way up later but +15 usually isnt bad

Always aim for Rosar. But if you're NA, then I would assume the market on those staves are low. So really you should just get anything you see with the highest enchantment. I'd say your total AP should be 70 at that level.
