Tire measures are determined by your rim and swingarm
Some can be interchangeable, like 190-185 and 220-200, with their main difference being tire profile
In general a thinner tire profile will have better turn in, but will wear quicker and have less grip
A wider tire will be able to put down more power and will glide easier through corners, but it will require more work on your part to get it there
Do not fit a wide tire on a shitbike, because it'll choke it
Some cruisers use wide ass tires for better mileage and comfort
M7RR literally a best but you can probably get away with sport touring tires if you have a low T fembike.

They have a problem with cam chain stretch, 15k miles is about the normal interval for replacement. They also have a weird " cush " clutch basket that uses springs with caps on the ends of them that were too sort of a material. A bicycle with a motor is considered a moped or motorcycle, depending on the cc, so you need a license plate for it. Good luck getting it through inspections.
