The order of main Neptunia games I've played is from VII, RB3 then RB2. I watched a playthrough of RB1 before playing VII. Is there anyone else who played the games in the wrong order even if they're aware of it?

I just mixed things related to the Moon. It's usually associated with female characters anyway, between Chang'E, Elune, and all the Greek Goddesses of the various moons. Men worship the sun, and woman worship the moon.

Huh. I never really noticed how deities of the sun are often male, and ones of the moon are generally female. I wonder why that is.

I started on VII because I saw the video "HYPERDIMENSION - Evolution", which lists every game in the series with gameplay footage, and I liked V2's graphics. Yes, that's why. Then I planned on playing RB2 first, since I've already watched a full RB1 playthrough, but I thought, "How would they follow up a slightly dark and serious Nep game?" and got interested in knowning quickly, without looking for info about the story.

I have a few theories, but they're dumb and it's a really specific topic that requires an actual expert.

But that'd require some social-historical digging of the sort I don't much feel like doing to get any real answers.

Noire and Uni give off the most sexual vibes/energy in the entire cast and I really have no idea why. Neptune and Blanc are for cuddling, Vert's for princess carrying, everybody else is cute in one way or another, etc.
