Do people seriously think Io's buffs will make her good enough to replace the current light cores?

Let's face it - one of light's biggest weakness is when it's not playing Elysian, its only other decent sources of DA/TA are either Amira, 15%, and Ferry, who needs 100% meter from all members for 4 turns of 100% TA with a long cooldown. Other than that it will only get 20% DA from a Balanced Cosmos weapon, and only for select characters.

Io needs Mystic Vortex level 3 (currently costs 75% ougi gauge) as well as an ougi to get the stamina and damage cap buffs. Even after getting this, you might hit something for 480k tops with a single attack because you don't have any reliable DA/TA.

This character will still be shit and light will still run the same shit.

CA reworked: Buffs allies based on Mystic Vortex stacks (Refresh, Stamina, damage cap UP).
Flowery Seven: base damage increased; damage cap increased based on Vortex stacks.
Mystic Vortex reworked: max 3 stacks, based on charge bar level (consumes existing bar instead of flat 25%?). Resets stacks on Charge Attack use, not ability use.
Enchanted Light reworked: allies' Light damage increased based on Vortex stacks.

I'm reworking my Earth team in preparation for next GW(and because I have some new additions) but Mahira aside I'm a bit lost on who to include or what characters I have mesh well with each other.
