Yes it's the same content wise. I have the EU Vita physical and I'm on a NA account. Online is cross region between EU and NA too. No clue about JP though.
You will miss out on a minor DLC that's pretty much just re-colours of other characters though but that's not a big deal.
Also note that the code for the free GE:R is for EU regions only so you can't use that for a NA copy of it.

It doesn't seem to be very canon though. The circumstance of how Sortiara goes is different.
They made it a three way thing between main character, and what looks to be Kalem, and some cute girl from Sancturarium who isn't in the game.

Whereas in the game it's more the legend of Arthur, a bromance between Arthur and Merlin cleansing the world.

I downloaded the demo when the game released. I'm mainly interested in the length of the game and the complexity of the classes. I remember being hyped since the game included friendly fire. Do you know if the multiplayer is active?

It's a game with very interesting mechanics, and very high freedom to configure your spells.

The best advice I can give you is to not re-grind every mission too much. The game itself is at its most epic when you barely make it through the challenges.
That's when I felt the game was at its best.

The "multiplayer" is controlled by the a.i. It doesn't matter if it's alive or dead.
