I keep getting error code 51301 on mario kart when i try connect to wifi with this.. I patched it and used the correct DNS settings and the network isnt password protected and hi have not set up a connection via system settings, i did it with the mario kart app yet it still gives me that error,

Luma 8.0 used to cause long hang time when i tried to power off my n3ds. i basically had to hold down power button for ~5 seconds to force shut down
Luma 8.1 doesn't do that any more but sometimes i get an arm9 exception in svcBreak instead
