she can play either way. she's a versatile character. watch jdcr play her turtle style and the nwatch go attack play her all-in rushdown. she has fast moves and some have long recovery, but those are usually long reaching moves. she has a crapton of options and mixup possibilities, so you can experiment to see what moves you want to use or watch good raven players and try to emulate what they do.
