Sharena is redundant with Summer Robin, they have almost identical stat-spreads.
Cherche is worthless without a brave axe + but amazing with one.
Alfonse is just plain bad, embarrassingly so for a red sword. There are common 3* rolls better than him.
Sophia is likewise probably the worst red mage and does nothing notably well.
Cecilia is amazing but green ranged seems to be the one thing your team already has covered so she's not as important.
Oboro sucks

I'd lean towards Lilina just because she's probably the best hero in that list who doesn't require a 5* sacrifice to function and you seem to lack any reds except for Ike. You might also want to consider Michalis because between Nino and Reinhardt, you already have an excellent spread of offensive ranged sweepers, and a hard check to melee blues might be useful. Just remember that Michalis does require some notable SI to work well (namely: QR2, Ignis and a reposition skill). You don't have a flier right now so that might actually be your best bet.

As far as I know, first impressions of her are that she's a middling archer whose stat spread isn't impressive. Her bow may create some really interesting options as a debuffer, but I don't think it's been tested enough to really be certain and debuffers are already difficult to use properly in the game's current OHKO-focused environment. Archers themselves aren't terribly important since they're strictly inferior to mages and have an easily accessible hardcounter in ravenTA. If you wanted one on your team, you'd be better off waiting to pull a Klein or Taco. Leave the experimenting with Clarisse builds to the whales who can afford to waste their resources.
