I've got a lot of experience with Bora vs Presty in high galaxy, you've really gotta rely on active pass solo shots to finish her off, Shura/Renee or Hamerus/Renee both work very well. I can usually grind out 30-40min wins, if it times out though I rarely win on points just due to Bora not hitting Presty for very much

the gimmick is extended survivability and ramping buffs
bora hits 2k reflex with the line and everyone else has above that, gaphyl keeps the line alive so elaine can continue to stack and bora has more opportunities to stack active
each time victoria crits she also buffs, so if anyone does die they get revived almost immediately by gaphyl/victoria
longpassers don't work against it except in specific scenarios where enough spirit is generated before the next shot (very rare)
it's probably better than you might expect, though presty counters it particularly hard she can still be beaten if she's in a cookie cutter backline
