I'm getting a new car very soon (in a month's time) and I need to decide. 2018 Accord Sport or the Camry SE? The Camry looks ugly, and Entune is really shit, but it doesn't have a CVT. I also presume the Accord drives better but I can't decide. Help pls
Also open to other alternatives, new for $25k.
2018 Accord or Camry?
the accord drives really nice, comfy too.
if you have the money for the V6 and want an automatic, Camry
otherwise the Accord is generally more fun and less of an appliance if you get it in manual
probably not a V6 since the local dealer doesn't have one in stock (shit reasoning, I know).
If leasing instead of purchasing though, i can get a 2017 330i xDrive. That'd be certainly better I guess?
If he's cross-shopping these two he's not getting a manual.
I recommend the Camry or Mazda 6
>I also presume the Accord drives better
fucking go test drive them both and see which one you prefer, christ
The Accord seems to be the better car based on most reviews, but the turbo engine is really disappointing. The K24 was a really nice engine, and seeing it replaced by a shitty 1.5 is a serious mark against the Accord. However, I would probably still pick it over a Camry. Obviously get the manual
Even if they did a Camry V6 is nowhere near $25,000. There's no rebates on them yet and even in my competitive market they're only selling for like $1,500 below invoice, which is still mid $30k.
If you want a V6 and can swing the extra money go for the Camry. If you want to, try checking out a 4 cylinder XSE. Surprisingly nice to drive though not as fun as an Accord, if you get the manual transmission.
this
A V6 camry is around 35k dollars
You can buy a whole lot of cars at that price
Accord, if you want a manual
Camry, otherwise
>FWD
my mans, i dont want FWD either but I can't get anything else for that price. 25k, good mileage, "safe" are the requirements. Mazda 6 looks good but after a terrible experience with subaru im not sure if i want anything japanese manufactured. its just these cars are better than the ford fusion/chevy impala and i basically have no choice.
Have you considered buying CPO?
I did, but my parents are against that idea. I'll be basically driving the car but they're buying it for themselves, I decided I can influence them with a "better" (aka less boring for user) car lol
Correct, but only when you're a cuck who buys (((new))).
>if i want anything japanese manufactured
What the fuck dude? So Jap branded cars built in America are somehow better? Fucking lmao
Your parents are dumb as shit
Start talking because your story doesn't add up.
Experience with subaru?
Parents only buy their kids their first car and some don't at all.
Well if those are your choices get the Accord as Honda has Android Auto while Toyota has their own shitty system.
>not getting the V6
so go to a dealer that does faggot. or order one.
they're both shit though. you could get a used e-class or jag xf with a v8 for that price. and if you buy from carmax you could get the dope warranty.
Chevy Malibu is better today than both. Seriously.
>buying gm
>ever
neither u faggit
just get the mazda 6 you retard. looks sexy as fuark.
>jag
What if user doesnt like being stranded on the side of the road?
>fwd
Not complaining though, the Mazda 6 is a seriously underrated car. I test drove a diesel one the other day and I was shocked at how much equipment the base model had.
They're not that bad. It's mostly phantom problems. Nothing that keeps the car from running.
Mazda 3
