Her stat spread is utterly unremarkable.
In fact, nothing about her stands out next to other archers aside from her bow.
There are much better firesweep carriers. The only reason to use Clarisse is for her bow, which is pretty much the best debuff tool in the game.

You can heavily invest in her to turn her into something similar to the top 3-4 archers instead, but at that point you might as well just invest in the archers that have better offensive spreads anyway.

Like this guy said, Firesweep is better for defense teams because she can't be bait killed by Hector or Raven memes. But overall I like Brave Bows better.
Besides, you could just put Windsweep in her B slot to make her immune to distant counter armors--plus, she'll attack twice against Wary Fighter unlike Firesweep bows.

Neutral Rein gets +3 damage per hit plus when you merge him once you get +1 in attack as one of the bonus stats. I say worth it, since you don't have much buff support for Nino yet.

After that though you are going to want to build up the rest of your team.

No, because watersweep checks speed. You'll never double anything ever with it on, so Clarisse would only really fill the role of debuffer. Darting Blow is just to keep her safe from counterattacks so she can safely debuff. She spreads 7 damage and -5/-5 attack and speed in a 2 range radius from the blast point at 40 speed with darting blow and no counterattack as long as she outspeeds, which isn't bad.

It's still just a debuff build so mostly just for fun. Not exactly minmax "all my units must be as lethal as possible" material.

Oh, Linde (-hp + res) only doesn't have a special because sp constraints, Ryoma and Nino only really need a better special too (fury, vantage/desp, hone spd/atk) . Rest but Healcina and Mae have no SI though.

Usually, the hones from linde and ryoma get the job done for Nino, but I don't have a exclusive buffbot, yeah.

Seliph has 33 defense with +Def. Add Tyrfing and Defiant Def and you have 44 defense Seliph. Ryoma has 50 attack with his sword. You'd need a Spur buff.
