just bring health pots with you, work on getting some +15 or pri armor and you shouldn't be taking too much damage
I recommend skipping a liverto and using a DUO ultimate until you can afford a kzarka, livertos are good but as a new player it's best if you spread your silver out on more efficient upgrades. buy a +15 green crescent blade as well and work on getting it to DUO, your awakening will do a lot more damage than your preawakened

You can get CP elsewhere. There's sets of dailies in different areas and turn ins you can do from lifeskilling.

i've got full +15 grunil armor and some pretty decent accessories. What do you mean Duo ultimate? i'm 100/165 with the Kaia blade. Kinda nice they give you a +10 awakening weapon for 86ap.
Also got +23 valk, iirc +20fs is good for pri yea? reckon i'll check the enchanting guides.

I would save that +23 stack for DUO, use another character and start pri attempts at +15 stacks

I can't help you with striker but as far as quests go I would recommend doing the black spirit quests if you're going to stick with that character, they give you inventory slots and a decent amount of CP
you can always do lifeskills later when you're tired of grinding so I wouldn't worry about that now

You probably just want to stack as much evasion and HP as possible. Maybe Rocaba pieces with RMA chest and a Leather Vambrace.

I mean that's what you would get to play to your strengths, but at the same time if you solo a lot in PvE you'd want to just stack AP.

You can only really do Node Wars and scrolls with friends. Anything else is a solo affair, unless you like taking a hit to exp/silver an hour by grinding in a party. This game does not incentivize people to do much together that isn't the things mentioned.
