I heard the ps4 is region free but will I need to use a EU psn account to download and use the dlc? The EU version of the game is like half the price.

I imagine spectators who don't play BB are not gonna bother reading a 15 page doc in the first place

The first 5 pages are the ones you only really need, and even those are mostly filled up by pictures.

You will have to but I believe you can still use your us psn account, basically you just need the dlc that is tied to that region(eu).

I'm gonna go ahead and suggest you wait a bit before getting BBCF though. Evo is supposedly going to get an announcement in the grand finals and it could be a new version.
