How should I build masked Lucina? Does it really matter? I have regular Lucina too, she's just... -Atk. She was a goddess in Tempest though, keeping my units healthy and being able to put up a decent fight if she had to.

A shame I'll never get something like her in the next Tempest.

No, I think Bridal Cordelia is the Stealth Rocks of this game. Can consistently damage a lot of units (as she is neutral, the same way as SR will at least damage a lot of Pokemon for the neutral 12.5%), some she'll do less to (armored units, or think of those like the type resistant Pokemon, who would only take 6.25%), and some she'll just destroy (fliers or squishy mages, just like... Flying types, who would take 25%).
