eat
drink
sleep
bathe
show up to the correct place at the venue at the correct time once, maybe twice per day

All the paperwork is dealt with before the event. A manager's main purpose is to get their teams entered into tournaments, handle the money, get sponsors, and to make sure their teams practice. None of that is necessary at TI.
