I don't think anyone questions Celica is the strongest red mage on offense. The shitposting usually revolves around who between Snacki, Lilina, Katarina and Tharja is better

Sanaki > Katarina > Tharja > Lilina

Sanaki is easily the best because out of these four she has a unique tome at 14 Mt. She hits like a nuke and that's all she can do. Lilina is built pretty much the same way but has no unique tome so is automatically worse.

Tharja and Katarina are almost interchangeable, but Katarina has actual Res so she can bait out an enemy mage. Tharja doesn't. The almost interchangeable part comes from the fact that Katarina could use the Raourblade+ just as well as Tharja can, arguably better. Her base skill set is also already good because her A skill is basically Tharja's but better (sacrificing some Spd for more Atk).

If you have a cav team at the ready, setting up a bulky green on the right while slowly killing the left side works for hard mode. I only ended up using Reinhardt for draw back, Xander and Camus both have fury. Hasn't worked out infernal, though

Promote every starter to at least 4*. Dont Promote units you intend to use until they reached level 40. Sharena and Anna are pretty good units even with minimal investment.

Only roll gray until you have a decent team. Dont send heroes home. If a unit has distant counter/will get distant counter at 5* its probably a unit you should prioritize in leveling and promoting.
