That happens to literally any character, tracer is the least likely character for that to happen on.

I've gotten like 10 K/D in every match I played with her... Can't say the same with other characters. Other characters don't have infinite escapes.

That will probably be next year or later on this year. The 'remastering team' just finished on Brood War and it took them a year to do it and they are a small team. I cant see them releasing WC3 now though remastering WC3 will be much easier than BW depending on what engine they use.

This game has 2-6 skills or something, it doesn't take a genius to keep track of CDs. Either way, keeping track of cool downs goes for all heros.
