Nah Tekken is pretty balanced
I play Claudio (supposedly mid-low B tier) in yellows and while I certainly feel that Drag has an easier time executing his gameplan, I don't really feel hugely disadvantaged against him, or King, or DVJ, or Leo etc

Chloe at the very least can get by on people not knowing how to play against her. But once you realize you can interrupt every single thing she does with a jab you realize how poorly thought-out the character is.

Loads of pro players call certain characters cheap, stupid and/or gimmicky, only in tekgen everyone is equally as honest, technical, and not gimmicky.

Look man even if we ignore tthe entirety of her moveset, she's still bullshit because she's the only character in the game to straight up drop out from some universal juggles that work against every single character other than her, meaning for example if I was to hit you with Claudio's d/f+1,2 while having starburst, my usual optimized bnb that deals 76 damage would go down to 69 because she just falls out of the normal combo, and if I forget about it in the heat of the match I get fucked for it by dropping almost 30 damage

You can't say that taking 10% less damage from a combo (in this particular case, though I'm sure other characters have similar situations) than every other character is not an unfair advantage

Again, that's ignoring her moveset entirely, which is a whole other can of worms

i hope they never get rid of match list so im not forced to play against streamerfags

Say what you will, but Ling is one of the best designed fighters I've seen. Her kit is smooth and flows really well

I actually like fighting Xiaoyu's but her Rage Drive is ridiculous. Hands down the best in the game.

Smash 4 is the mos balanced the series has ever been and is gigantic.

Timing on shit was too tight for most people until the later games.
Characters had no personalities, and the "story" of the game was just a game inside the game.
Guy on the box (GotB) was overly complex for new players. Complex characters are fine, but GotB should not be. New players are going to gravitate towards them, and if they are super complicated, it will only scare new players away.
