If you really want to run Halle, yeah you want Yugu. Cag is useless for you put Gandalf or Eugen in the front. Cag only becomes usable at Lv100 and even then he isn't super amazing but does have uses. Try to get a GW dagger next month or the Vohu harp this month and switch to Super Star since you want to get DATA from somewhere. Also you really shouldn't be using Titan either as your main summon, switch to Vohu or Walder for now then move onto Yggdrasil or Titan when you have a grid that actually benefits from using them as your main summon.
