It was overtuned compared to other dungeons. We were clearing +15s comfortably but an 11 cathedral was assrape comparatively before. It got nerfed recently so it's not as bad. +10 is comfy enough that I won't turn down it running for a push.

Does it help to move WoW from HDD to SSD? Or are the loading screens unrelated to that. Eitherway I hate these longass loading screens too.

They should have had Maiev joining Illidan as a jailor to make sure he's doing his job and not plotting something.

Loading screens are memory related problems. SSD helps, but if you have 3GB RAM you'll still see abysmal loading times.
