I unironically think the GBA FE games are the most dated ones in the series.
The character portraits are alright, and probably the only redeemable thing about them, and nice battle animations. But overall, they're just so ugly.
I'm talking about the maps themselves, the overworld sprites and background, the hideous colour palletes they use ruin it all.
I don't know, it just pisses me off.

Just feels like a lame attempt to make Alm more viable at the moment. It can also be used in Clarisse's bow / sweep meme builds. Other than that it has an open-ended design so grab it anyway, any future skills that check speed will synergize with it.

The saturation of the color palette hurt my eyes after a while. FE6 was the worst offender of this and all the maps weren't that pleasant to look at.

Daily reminder that it's called phantom speed 1 (one)
Meaning, a unit is gonna come out with phantom speed 3 as a 5* C(?) Skill.
And it's gonna be an upgraded version of the S skill.
Since there's no threshold on the s skill, that means phantom speed 3 might increase the speed by more, or might affect more than just the sweep skills

Hopefully the next levels will affect Firesweep weapons too.

Mechanically I feel they're very dated. CON and weapon weight for attack speed is just not good enough, it needs to either be based off STR or there needs to be a CON growth. FE7 also had fucking stupid weather that did nothing but slow you down and fog of war affected only you, though that's a problem in all Fire Emblem games. Limited promotion items isn't good either, I'll never understand why the nips only had level 21 promotion for only one game. Gaiden chapters also aren't really executed well, if such a thing is possible.
Despite the flaws, they're very fun yet streamlined FE games.

A slot- very flexible, deathblow for extra chip damage maybe
B Slot- Watersweep
C slot- Savage Blow
Seal- Phantom Speed

Combine her with tanky characters with 1-2 range counterattack and Reposition, such as Xander for cleanup. She spreads -5/-5 Atk/Spd and 7 damage in a 2 range radius and not much can retaliate. You can tweak the A skill if you want to make sure nothing at all can retaliate.

This is the wrong build for anyone who wants their archer to just kill things, more for fun/debuff.

I think by the time they got to Sacred Stones the maps looked way better. FE6 is really bright at times which makes the maps kind of a pain to look at
