We already have Tracer. Mantis's whole gimmick was the memory save thing. Ideally his lines would be taking from your Battle.net stuff like the user mentioned earlier. Shota Mantis don't have that.

I really like how Doomfist has his ammo counter at the center of the screen, I think it would be cool if every character had the same thing going on for their HUDs. Something like pic related would be cool, albeit without looking like it had been made in paint in 10 seconds. Seems a lot more elegant than looking at the bottom right of the screen every few seconds without being too cluttered.

Reaper is one of the worst heroes lore wise, there is no explanation for why he is "reaper" and we're one year into this game.

The only backstory on Reaper is that "Reaper" has supposedly been around for decades but Gabe only became him roughly ~5 or so years ago in-game. Which indicates either Gabe's been moonlighting as Reaper for a long time or that he appropriated the Reaper mythos when he decided to strike out on his own.
