I'd say wait; if you have the weapon/armor upgrades for level 4, you might have a chance, but level 5 dungeons are a pretty big step up.

Am I the only person who wishes the generated names were better? Most of them are nearly unpronounceable, and very few of the ones that are sound good.
At the same time, I don't like custom naming my heroes, because A: I prefer them having their own character and story (Call me autistic if you want) and B: Naming heroes gets me attached to them. I've caught myself on the brink of alt-f4 to save them and I don't like that feeling.

Is there any way we can tweak chances for certain classes of heroes to turn up on the stagecoach?
I just want to make it easier for the musketeer to show up. And see if I f'ed up with mod installation or if I have been unlucky.

Time to farm

Search for "musketeer.info.darkest" in the game folder.
Open with notepad or equivalent.
Look for ".number_of_cards_in_deck"
Edit the number after the line (default is 3) to a higher number to increase the chance of spawning her.
For reference, healer classes (occ,vestal) has 8, other classes generally have 5 or 6

Technical mumbo jumbo, arbalest has 6, adding the musketeer reduces arb card count by 3. So in total arb+musk has 6.

I see Musketeer has a line that specifically reduces Arbalest's cards.
If I deleted that line altogether then both Musketeer and Arbalest would have a higher spawning chance, right?
Or is there maximum number of cards altogether and inevitably the Musketeer has to take some of the Arbalest's cards?

I got too greedy for pews that I lost two heroes to heart attacks and one to his shitty stun+blight wombo combo

The reduction is for balance purposes actually.
Technically musk functions the same as arb, so if musk spawns normally (6 cards) the other classes will have lower chances to spawn.
If you don't mind that, just put 6 and remove the reduction line

Outdated skins because the idle animations got changed

To updatre an idle animation they split up the sprite into more parts for more movement and this is the result, recently they've added details to combat idles like coats and fabric waving and more fluidity on breathing

What an ending! Loved the bossfight and the last cinematic. My only complaint is that i was hoping after all the pain and suffering it would be a bit hopeful. But I suppose that would conflict with the typical lovecraftian themes and such.

Forces you to have a team where everybody has to be effective from two positions.

Plus, it's slow - 3 turns to get up front and 1 turn to fire of Finale. By turn 4 you're mopping up the enemies, so it's too slow.

i was running with maa, occultist, and abomination, so between all 3 there were more than enough stuns, dodge, and damage reduction after the two most dangerous enemies were removed to finale to the back and get value out of stress heals

Imho, AJ's isn't that bad. He's just limited to what he can do because of spine restrictions. His newer ones like the Comissar and the Marty look pretty nice. If you want to colaborate with someone ask, Scorpio since he has Spine. You won't be limited to in-game models
