Why do you think OG were at their prime when they just gave notail do-nothing afk farm heroes like Naga and TB? Only with those heroes can they enable him in that he just stays away from all fights and drastically decreases the chances he has to feed.
The fact that the other 4 on OG have to play around nobrain actually trains them to play 4v6, which in turn increases their skill level, so that if they can enable (read: disable) notail, they willl play even better and succeed

n0tail is a great player, you don't win all those majors by getting carried every match
