Have around 400 quartz and 70 tickets.

There's basically no way to get quartz aside from story missions, free quests, login bonuses, and buying it. The max free quartz you can have at this point is something around 140, maybe 150. If you spend all that, it'll take months just to save up enough login quartz for another 10 roll. Have I scared you into not rolling yet?
