A decent metric for people to gauge if you're with bringing into the group. Actually seems useful if you pug high keys. Downside is, you've got to upload your logs to WoW progress to up your score.

It's the new form of the gearscore/ilvl cancer. It lets them see what's the highest dungeons you've done. Gotta have at least ~1500 to even get into the high keys nowadays. Which means grinding out the shitty keys and dungeons that don't even have upgrades for you to raise your score.

You don't need to upload anything really. It's automatic since it checks Blizzard's leaderbords. Just go to wowprogress. Find your character and click the update character in the upper right. It might take some time for the updates to show depending on server lag. It might show update queued but it won't update so you often have to keep trying. Hopefully your other runs are still in the records.

With 12 dungeons and every key level giving roughly 10+ points depending on how fast your record clear is, you'd need an average of +12 on every dungeon to reach the baseline 1500 that pugs are requiring. Good luck my man. It's a cancerous system since they don't even check which dungeons you're good at and mostly care about how high your score is. You can clear a +15 eoa easily but they won't take you for a +10 eoa key because you haven't done a +15 cathedral to inflate your score.
