It's been a week since the release of new expansion, Wonderland Dreams.

At the beginning of the release, Sword, Haven, and Neutralcraft got the most attention. At the end, however, it turns out more of half of the opponents you would face in this week's meta is Bloodcraft.

The key card of Bloodcraft is Spawn of the Abyss, which can deal 6 or 8 damage to opponent's leader just by being played on the field. When it attacks the opponent's leader directly, it can deal a heavy punch of 16 damage. (Further explanation of Baphomet's interaction with Abyss)

Although there is a large number of players who want to achieve the newly added "Grandmaster" rank by playing a deck with the strongest winrate, the usage rate of Bloodcraft was definitely a way beyond our expectation.
Countering Spawn with Spawn at Bloodcraft Summer Festival

You would think you could win more games with a deck that counters Spawn in this meta? Although there are some players who would use Rune or Havencraft decks that has relatively higher winrate against Spawn decks, it is only "relatively" better than other decks.

So as players ended up bringing Spawn decks to fight other Spawn decks, the meta just became saturated with Spawn from left to Spawn from right. Occasionally, you would face 10 Spawn decks in a raw during the ranked match. The whole meta is now only about finding decks that would beat down Spawn.

Well you do still have to draft a decent curve and playable cards to improve your odds, but if your opponent has done the same then it's literally just a dice roll, yeah.
