I'm looking for a housemod I used to have. It was very small, and built onto the side of a cliff, so you needed levitation spells to get to it. It was basically just a set of ramshackle scaffolding, but it had everything you could want.

you might also use rampage or snapdragon, just make sure to disable DoF in snapdragon
