SR gains are fairly spot on except for Mercy because of the sudden resurgence of her post-Ana nerfs. So here's what's gonna happen kiddos. We'll tone down Mercy SR gains eventually, look at her character, maybe touch up some things, reiterate... and hey we'll even look at Roadhog because he's a cool guy and you all seem to be upset for some reason. No one shot tricks though.

D.Va is supposed to be top meta right now, but I dont see it. I'm still wrecking with winston and switching to dva because team mates ask for one is a definite step down in effectiveness.

She outputs more single target burst DPS if your tracking is good enough, but she's also more dependent on some amount of team coordination, in that people are supposed to wreck certain targets while you matrix them, or finish off the ones you start working on. I feel like Winston is much easier to run in most cases if coordination is less than stellar.
