By the game adjusting PA power. Braver doesn't really have trouble keeping with Hunter even though Hunter operates on bigger modifiers, Katana just has more PA power innately

Techer is being murdered, Summoner will be ok without Maron if the nerfs are bad, Force is probably going back to early ep3 status.

depends on what you want to prioritize, because of the 75 stat boost

Techer is easier and you'll be contributing more than an undergeared Force/Summoner with buffs, zanverse & zondeel

Actually Force with cheap fire setup/Summoner with popple would be best because exit bursting VHAQ is the only good way to level atm and those are what you will need for it

Do you even read this general? Most of the posts aren't discussing game mechanics. For every one person genuinely talking about the changes there's 4 people who just want to shitpost along the lines of saying classes should be deleted, fighter is underpowered, balance is "irrelevant" because you can just get carried, classes I don't like don't deserve to be viable, etc.
A lot of the takes on the changes are bad don't get me wrong. I would much rather have people think Gu is getting nerfed in ep5 for some reason than people gloating over bow dying or saying Fighter needed the buffs just to get a rise out of people.

i have my doubts about the usefulness of chain trigger on gunner and feel like those points could've been used elsewhere, since it's always like this

and don't get me started on a weak bullet combo with CT where you also need a few seconds for that setup with switching weapons, positioning etc.
how are you even supposed to use CT on a boss like dual banshees?
the 3 seconds that the banshee is stunned isn't nearly enough or worth it, just spam PAs and you'll get more out of it.
what am i doing wrong, i feel like those points would've better been used in that skill that increases PP recovery with normal attacks since i can spam PAs more efficiently?
yeah, bal rodos gets raped with CT and WB but all those slow bosses really aren't a problem even without it...

You're half right from my experience. I only ever really use CT during a LONG down phase like Deus' DPS check, Double's knockdown, or something like that. Any other time I find satellite aim spam to be infinitely more effective.
Maybe I'm a shitter I don't know but I'm pretty strong so it's fine for the most part.

i find satellite aim to be ridiculously good against anything even without CT, just get close to the weak point and start spamming, close range from gunner and weak hit advance from ranger and boom everything's dead or taking ridiculous damage.

but the time that took me to activate CT, position myself and get the chain would've been more useful if i just spammed PAs.
a 20 or 30 chain is like 2x or 2.5x damage, and that really isn't that much better than just using PAs, that goes if everything goes perfectly and you don't get fucked while building the chain.

guhu doesn't have nice damage multipliers as gura has. yes, gura is about weak points and guhu is about constant damage but like i said, get close and spam satellite aim and get ridicules damage numbers.

this is my first time playing as a ranged damage character so i really am still experimenting.

Gu/Hu can hit 100% crit which I don't believe Gu/Ra can do and on top of that like you said it's far more consistent. Fury stance, automate, etc. are beautiful things to have.

it's in moonrunes and i now about like 30% of the mechanics in the game, especially after a 2 year break and now i see some type-0 skills and i'm getting summoner eggs that are 7 and 8 stars and don't know what to do with them really except throwing them away, i also don't know how rare those are since i have a lot of them.

do you know how crits work in this game?
they aren't like a damage bonus but they just make you do the maximum damage your weapon is currently able to, and the differences range from 95% to 100%, so i consider that wasted skill points.

Have you even looked at gunner's skill tree or do you just not know gunners have a passive 8% damage boost total from TMG mastery and the crit ring you need to hit 100%? You should look into stuff before being an ass to people trying to help you.

it's 5% and that still doesn't add up to the damage a gura can do.
what do you think about high time and how does it work exactly, and what do you think about s roll up and that skill tree?

High time is something that needs to be maxed out as it's a big part of your damage during showtime.
