The Enforcer doesn't have anywhere near the flux capacity for all those guns. Double HVD, one Mauler and two Flak Cannons in the side mounts would do a lot better for you as an escort.

Has awkward mounts and a sup-par ship system for it's weight class, there are cheaper more effective means of conducting a planet survey. It's sensor boost would be worth something if fuel tankers were not giant space beacons. Overall expensive civilian grade trash.
