It costs pretty much the same as any other set. Decide which one you want to wear and you can display the other one in your house or scrap it for ingredients, it doesn't matter. You'll have to start over in NG+ anyway.

i'm not sure if it's microstutter, but i have some issue with the witcher 3 that makes it pretty much intolerable to play. the game visually freezes for a split second every few seconds - sometimes longer spaces of time in between -- but i get like 90+ frames when it's not happening, not like a constant low dip. anyone else have this?

cpu usage hovers around 60% mostly but sometimes spikes as high as 80-90

more importantly why does everyone in the witcher look like they're doused in some baby oil

Your hardware is clearly powerful enough.
Have you tried running in fullscreen? Monitor the GPU usage while playing, see if there are any noticeable drops or downclocking when the stuttering happens.

This game put me thru a feels rollercoaster in a manner of just a few minutes

The fact that the sword had no damage numbers gave it away for me. It looked like ciri's sword but was silver. I figured it out as soon as I examined the item. Still rather liked the ending, though I do wish it was explained at all

I have 60k gold, fully upgraded estate at Toussaint, even gave 40k or smth to that arab merchant you are talking about.
I still have about 50-60k worth of words which i cant sell since every single armorsmith/swordsmith is too poor to buy them for now.

Just do the Hired Knight missions in Toussaint and loot the swords from the bandits you kill, it gives you shitton of money after selling them.

I gave money to that fucking jew and barely used the rune things after that. Upgrade Corvo Bianco.

Novigrad is my favorite area. Great city, Dijkstra, Triss, fun quests...the only thing I didn't like that much was Dandelion's quests dragging on needlessly long.

I also love White Orchard as I'm always in a great mood starting a new playthrough and it's fairly short. Also, I love the griffin contract.

Ciri is OK too, but Triss is bliss.
