Dodge Fencer has a passive that increases evasion massively for empty slots.
Formulas are currently not known but it should easily be more than even the best AGI boosting equipment can give you.

Of course evasion is always only a chance and if that chance doesn't happen you have Nene kebab.

This only means that you need more Nenes in your party

if there's a decent emulator and roms I'll just have to do that when I get a better pc, which is the priority anyway

I always get these names mixed up but on turn 1 I cast Feeble Miasma to reduce bind resistance and then on turn 2 I cast Brittle Miasma the next turn to reduce both defenses. Afterwards my Reaper will attack for Chains or use the AOE healing in emergencies. Miasma Weapon is always up because I have the debuff passive.

The only issue I have with my party is the fact that my Summon row is empty which just seems like a huge waste. A DragoonA could be fine but it doesnt contribute in defense debuffs or binds, just makes my party less likely to get smashed if my Clinch doesnt go off. Probably the best would be a NecromancerB but its so OP even if I dont zombie powder FOE.
