VW van of course

Probably an early 50s Olds picked up on the cheap, getting into pissing arguments with Chevy owners about my Rocket vs their SBC.

A Ford Falcon

S T U D E B A K E R

Glorious falcon, to bed everyone I know doesn't remember them.
>Oh thats, nice its looks kind of like a mustang
>It has ford on it but It doesn't look like mustang or galaxies or Thunderbird.
>Is that a ford Fairlane?

I cri every time.

and I'd probably be a taxi driver

probably in one of these if I were to cruise

Our former neighbor had a Studebaker pickup rusting away in his backyard. For the longest time I thought it was an old Ford truck.

I wonder what their cars would look like if they were still here today. Probably blobby and curvy I bet

Shitty old flathead cars while claiming ohv motors to be inferior

Early Plymouth Barracuda! Preferably formula S

Im assuming thats yours, looks sweet breh.

I'd like to own one similar to this one

It is, I work on it dad, and its my daily driver, always putting work into it one way or another.

I know a 1 other guy in town who has turned his into racer, i'am not a fan of that but I understand why people like to do that to falcons, they weigh roughly 2300 pounds. Hell mine is so small I can get it to fit in modern compacts spots I love it.

DAF Daffodil

>What car would you cruise around in if it was the 60s?

idk, maybe a ford f100 or a chevy cheyenne.

My 2002 P71. Would destroy people in races

...

...

>not scooping up a used late 50's Vette

In my defense, OP didn’t say the car also had to be from that time period.

Also P71s are my favorite car so I’m kinda biased

Alright, fair enough.

Pretty much this exact car. Maybe a different color.

So much
With the hardtop. Holy cum fucks.

A good old mini

A 1968 firebird it's a beautiful car

A 1965 Buick Riviera

>No import restrictions in US during the 60s
>assuming no money limits
Even in the 60s, the GTR will be my first choice
Albeit, it's very late 60s (1969)

a shitbox from the 50's

>could pick any amazing classic car to have new
>picks a piece of shit beetle with a stupid leaky roof

Cruiser, Drag race. Its all the same.

Volvo amazon

If I could actually get mine to run it'd be this bitch
in a perfect world, an Alpine a110

Why are '40s cars so based? Everything now seems so hand-holdy.

>cruise control because people can't even fucking press a pedal
>warning lights for retards who can't check oil
>seatbelts that will probably kill you in a crash
>everything is so entertainment focused hurr durr gotta listen to my rocknroll on my FM radio instead of just enjoying driving

everything fucking sucks now

>most of the people in the thread pick shitboxes
>but you gotta single me out

nigga at least Id be cruising in style with the boys and laughing when I dust your shit with my 1679cc cal looker

if op said something other than cruise around maybe my choice would be different

>in style
you stupid fuck, beetles are only considered stylish today because if nostalgia. Back then they were like driving a kia today; laughable

P50/P60 Torabanto

are you serious?

Beetles were hot shit in the 60s and 70s in the same way a Civic was in the 90s-2000s

a cheap shitbox you can buy and modify that was popular with the youth

also this came out in 1968

>in the same way a Civic was in the 90s-2000s
So laughable then

yeah to ignorant people

you probably the type of nigga to sing praises of the Miata tho lol

All darn day

The epitome of luxury and elegance
citroen 2cv

>cruise
>deafeningly loud on highway speeds

If I had to drive the 60s version of my Honda Jazz, it'd be a Honda N600, otherwise I'd probably go for an Alfa Romeo or a Mercedes

Hi, Veeky Forums, this is my 1958 Toyota Corona, I bought it used. I got it real cheap because everyone wants the new Corona model.

I drive an 80s car in real life so it'd be fitting for me to have a 30's car in the 60s

This guy gets it

Doesn't get much more British than a Minor

My first car (1994) was a 67 Impala SS. Totally badass. Would love to have owned a new one.

Or more boring. It's like the Ford Mondeo of it's day.

Citröen DS

some piece of shit willys

Realistically, I'd still be a poorfag so I'd drive a poorfag car.

>getting shitty hippie paintjobs on your Beetle
>not modding it into a beach-buggy
doe you even FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN?

*bounces towards you*

Guys, stop calling it a hairdressers car it's not damn it.

*saves the french president*

Plebs be gone

*pschhhhh*

one of these'd be cool

ideally: shelby GT 350
realistically: one of these pieces of shit

To contain myself from the drug-taking plebs

Corvair.

Too expensive desu, you think anybody on Veeky Forums could have afforded 2000GT in the 60s?

with the biggest engine i could find

muh dicc

Barring any normal mega rare muscle cars (like the boss 9 or yenko camaro, etc), a 64 Marauder S55, 427 with dual 4bbl's and a 4spd would be great.

Spoken like a typical P71 autist
