the one with rear wheel drive and inline 6 of course.

Nigga what the fuck are you smoking
wtf?
Just drove one of these yesterday, what a fucking riot. It's pretty fast, the engine is fantastic, its super light, and the whole car is so easily manageable through corners.
I dunno what else you could want out of a hot hatch.
>tfw Peugeot finally makes fun cars again
...
>mfw they gave up trying to science out the audisteer and just went "fuck it, put fatter tires on the front"
this 2bh
the 208 gti is literally the best hot hatch you can buy atm
how is the 208 better than this? objectively speaking
>not even listing the ford RS
okay jeffrey
>not posting the true g/o/dhatch
Does anyone have any experience with the mk2 Leon Cupra? I know it's considered decent but still worse than GTI, Type-r, ST or RS.
This
It's a GTI with the engine from the R, but detuned by 5hp.
>Wheels the size of a planet
>Tires are thinner than Patrick Stewarts hairline
My one issue with that thing, I know it's a small niggle but it just makes it look fucking odd.
doesn't look like a hatch to me
>basically Sedan
>HotHatch
>245 width
>30 sidewall
I don't even know how you're supposed to take them off, it's basically a rubber band
Wait no that's the Cupra R, the regular Cupra has ~20hp less.
it's still getting produced
tuned on the Ring
godlike handling
more space
less fuel consumption
Very carefully.
>rear hatch
>basically a sedan
Wrong
See above
Just gives it a wider contact patch for power delivery and handling superiority over lukewarm yurohatches
Here's a "lukewarm yurohatch" that got approval from the drift king himself.
So is 240 also a hatchback then?
>getting an honorary award
They gave it an "also ran"
The fox body mustang.
youtube.com
It even went up against the last Type R and won.
No, that's a fastback
Now I have to wonder how much that faggot Ghosn paid for that because it's got two knocks against it
>French
>N/A
What is the difference
It's turbo though. And the French know how to make a good chassis, they just can't into electronics.
Fastbacks have a much more defined slope to the rear taillights compared to a hatchbacks
Sounds like the italians
That must make it bad then..
Just because your knowledge ends there, doesn't mean that the product is "stupid."
So is Škoda Rapid also a hatchback or is it a liftback or is it a sedan
Depends which one, I see they have a sedan and a hatchback/liftback because it's basically a VW Golf/Jetta/Bora
A fast back is what a 240Z or a 180SX is, where it's a hatch, but the angle is acute from the taillights to the roof
A regular hatchback is a larger angle from the taillights to the roof
A liftback is essentially what a 5-Door Mazda6 is
>Those wheels
Look like something out of Demolition man or Robo Cop.
This Mazda 6?
He also approved of the Saturn Sky. I love the dude, but I think if he just has some fun in a car he's happy.
That said I wish we got the Megane here.
this unironically
Lol yeah. I like em though. The cars my project and I finally got extra money to do things today before football starts.
Yes, that is a perfect example of a liftback
m140i is still getting produced
tuned on the ring too, just like all bmw's
godlike handling as well
1 series is way more spacious than 208
less fuel consupmtion sure because the bmw has a 6 cyl
Don't get me wrong I like them too they suit it.
So you are saying the Civic is closer to the Golf and Megane in looks than it is to the Mazda 6?
The Megane's roofline is pretty damn close.
...
Yes, it's quite obvious when you look at the pic you just posted
Captcha: el nig
I don't get it but okay.
I believe a Hatch is something like the Golf, with the hinges for behind the center of the rear wheel, so it looks like Megane too is a liftback.
If we are having such arbitrary rules
>Fastbacks have a much more defined slope to the rear taillights compared to a hatchbacks
Then I don't see why hinge placement relative to wheels is any less a defining thread then an abstract angle.
I do not care what marketers say it is, because marketers believe a shooting brake to have 4 doors(AMG) or a Coupe to have 4 doors(BMW).
I will just call it a lift back than because that is to me
...
what engine desu
Lift back is actually the broad marketing term, just call them hatch backs if the rear door is comprised of metal AND glass
Mine :^)
alter ich komm vorbei und fick deine Mutter du Hurensohn
it's just got small wheels so it looks big in the pic, the body aint too pigfat
VW always and forever makes the best hatchs
the real winner here
2.0 (260bhp)
Megane RS 265
That's a sedan boi

okay lol
>Just gives it a wider contact patch for power delivery and handling superiority over lukewarm yurohatches
>wider contact patch
>for power delivery
I don't think you understand how a contact patch works. If you are putting wider tyres on a car with a set weight, you are sacrificing longitudinal grip for lateral grip, because you'll have a wider but shorter contact patch (which in the end has about the same area as before). And the effect is even more pronounced with shorter sidewalls.
