It depends how you're playing symm, there should be no situation where you willingly 1v1 winston unless you're already full charged and know you can out dps him.
Stupid winston bubble positioning is one of the best ways for symm to build charge for a team wipe as well.

No, that's the percent reduction on a tick. For hypothetical sake, let's say Hanzo does 100 damage per arrow normally. If the enemy has armor, it does 96 damage on body and 98 on a critical.

Well to be clear, its attacks that deal less then 10 damage per tick on targets without armour.

When attacking a target with armour, you get a -5 reduction untill your damage per tick hits 5, then 50% on your normal value below that.

Torb turret on Payload still gets people. Especially if it's defended and DPS is flanking tobreak up their team.

Symm on the other hands needs to position well and focus on taking out support + DPS. Then she can prioritize tanks. Shield gen is preferred for keeping people in the fight longer but Tele is also good if the point is a ways away and you want to lay on pressure.

Support really is the key to taking people out though. you'd be amazed at how badly teams stagger if their support is constantly picked off.

The numbers for symmetra are nice and pretty, i have similar graphs for the other characters which can help with judging how much damage you have to trade in order to get your ult for instance, when there is 2 mins left in the time bank to take first point.
