There's a lot of cars in LA

Not for the 86.

>car commercial
>LA skyline in the background
>Can't even get the Skyline

They should show this.

this

Or this.

LA roads are usually never as clear as they show on the car ads.

Only in the late evening/early mornings like 3am. But it's worth driving at those times for the mood and aesthetic, imo.

>>LA skyline in the background
I thought it was Nissan Skyline? Because they're slow.

What's a good holiday for light traffic?

usually 3 day weekends where most of the LA crowd "commutes" to Las Vegas. So MLK Jr weekend, Memorial Day, Presidents Day, etc.

Streets will still be bad, but noticeably not as congested on the usual freeways like 101 and 134.

They're like ants

They are ants, user.
THEY ARE ANTS

I'm sorry to hear you guys don't live in the greatest city on earth

>No seasons
>Full of mexicans
>Smoggy
>Extremely hot

I'll stick to Seattle thanks

Why is LA so aesthetic

a lot of the iconic purple late afternoon sky pics you see in a lot of older LA shots are due to the levels of smog in the air, I shit you not.

This. Seattle is dank

>rain
>more rain
>did I mention rain?
>oh rain btw

I don't think so

It doesn't rain often in the summer.

>Wanting to live in a boring desert

How depressing is winter though?

t. someone who has spent next to zero time in the pacific northwest

Friendly reminder that LA isn't in Nevada

Not bad. We've been getting more snow than usual lately. The breathtaking springs make up for it.

Here's a blown up Mt St Helens for you

I love the idea of LA but I've been there a couple times and don't actually like the reality of LA. I think I imagine LA the way I do because of Hollywood and the music industry. To me it seems like this beautiful city where anything could happen and dreams are made, LA has been used so much by the media that it almost seems like a fictional city, it's what you see on TV. Then when you actually get there you find out it's just a really big sprawled city like all the other ones and it sucks ass

>Sagebrush and "trees"
It's a desert

Thanks, have some Hollywood mountains.

It's crazy to think that mt st Helens used to be almost as tall as Mt. Ranier

You spelled San Diego wrong, user.

Since the inception of Hollywood, 20 somethings have moved to LA to become stars. 90% of them fail and work some dead end for the rest of their lives.

So it's not just you man. It's been everybody since Hollywood and the Silver Screen were a thing.

>car commercial
>any city with no traffic at all

Hipster trash

St helens was never close to being as big as that behemoth. Rainier is 14,000ft and st helens was 9,000 before it erupted

Gay surfer dudebro

Try cholo, ese, vato loco

That too

Rainier will be glorious when it explodes

Glad I'm no longer directly in the likely route of the pyroclastic flow

kek

We're talking about CaliFlorida not Australia retard

>posts picture of New Vegas

Seattle is a leftist shithole btw

I live in Snoqualmie but I just say Seattle because people know Seattle

America is a shithole btw

(You)

needs blue headlights

It's because we have the best film production/crews in the world.

But your influence on the music industry is horrendous

>visit la during memorial day last year
>still congested
>one time I get to approach the speed limit on I-405 I notice how terrible the actual surface of the interstate is

>implying the 405 is ever not congested
it isn't, try the 101 next time

I've lived in both, Seattle and LA are pretty dank desu

>Seattle
+close to the toegays
+pretty scenery
+interesting city structure
-rain and shity weather
-surrounding areas are full of white trash and scummy people

>LA
+aesthetic, laid back feel
+lane splitting
+weather
+close to the canyons/twisties
+shit loads of good food
-traffic (not a problem for me)
-emissions
-smog (i like it though)

desu nip land would be god tier though. going from dense ass city to mountain roads would be amazing

Is that a Firebird?

Great eye man

Jacked off to this
Hottest videos ever

that's pretty festive

That clip is from the day before Thanksgiving 2016, so yeah, pretty festive.

holy shit how do you get into your car man

>greatest shitty

one of the Matt Lincoln commercials unironically shows it

whenever im flying in canada it amazes me how little traffic can be seen on the roads

if i had to sit in something like that i would kill myself

>this retard hasn't got a clue
the average temp in LA for the month of July way 74°
timeanddate.com/weather/usa/los-angeles/historic?month=7&year=2017

Not that guy but that doesn't feel right to me, those high temps are really low. We were easily hitting high 80's for weeks on end last summer.

I'm up in Thousand Oaks, but I can't imagine downtown was any better.

I'm not complaining though, I hate how cold it is right now.

New Years Day. Made it from North OC to Santa Barbara in just a little over 2hrs

That can't be right. Here in Eastern WA we had 95-100 for a straight month
