In Expeditions Conquistador, it was possible for your guys to come across Aztec gods. I remember some people complained about this because for the majority of the game, the setting was more realistic and you didn't have any supernatural elements, so they felt it was ill-fitting.

I think the developers acknowledged these complaints because this time around (so far) you can find stuff that could be seen as either supernatural or regular. Later on, you can go into a cave with supposed evil spirits, but your guy can say they're just regular men that have gone mad from being trapped in the cave.

I like games that don't need guides to play, but I have to throw in the towel here, because I had no idea if I found Lithium just lying around or if I had to mine.

I mean, you get all minerals the same way. Finding deposits. Not sure why lithium would be any different. But yeah, a lot of the game's answers to how do I obtain/unlock x is lol i dunno go scavenging

Actually, no. You find some of them by mining the deposits, like cooper, gold, silver...
Others are found just lying around, like salt or lithium. If you try to mine for salt, you'll have a bad time.

The database you have on your PDA lists all the minerals a kind of deposit can drop(except for lead from sandstone, for some reason).
