Vanilla is best imo. ENB is more than suited to frame your game nicely. ELFX is good if you really need one though.

Nothing on the page changed since I did, except the recommended ENBs. I never had anything to do with those though, I always encouraged people to try them all and find which one they liked rather than just copying others.
