Hair color is a big part of it. She's a ginger, not a brunette. I think you can do better with your hair selections too, but I don't have slot numbers for you.

without the fix it's your typical lag fest when talking to NPCs

the legs are covered in a separate flame mesh. It's not taht illustrative but his actual legs are pure red and all the flames you see are a different bodysuit-like semi-transparent mesh. You can see it's a little offset around the toes.
