Blue mages are saturated. She has to have Bride Cordelia-tier powercreeped stats over Linde to be worth it. Her tome is still worse than a blade tome. Death Blow 3 is nice though.

Wo Dao Legendary tome + Moonbow is a good combination. She's the unit I'm looking to pull, she needs to have good res (between Nino and Julia) to be worth it though. If she does, however, she's going to be the chase unit by a lot.

If you just want characters though, pull Blue on Alm's banner.
