Losing some back molars and breaking bones in her 30s, eventually she passes in her sleep at the age of 41. Mukuro, distraught by the death of her twin, lives on but succumbs to malnutrition also, due to lack of appetite from grief.

Amami: Unable to find his sisters despite searching his whole life, Amami picks up a drinking and smoking habit. He develops a beer belly and his liver takes a beating, years of getting black-out drunk have started to catch up on him. He develops jaundice and suffers from a slow death by end stage liver disease, slowly forgetting his high school friends as they gather by his bedside.
