flex is a complete joke, as most pros have described it, its ranked normals. no one actually tries, they just dick around and play meme comps with friends. Its about as useful as normals for trying out champs, you dont learn much but its better than shitting the bed in ranked and dropping your mmr

Promos can be dodged, but the incentive not to dodge promos is much higher than the incentive not to dodge a game when you have 99lp.
More promos means less dodges means more successful games means faster que times means less trolls etc. Somebody get Riot HQ on the phone.
