It's far easier to update via Qooapp without being a paranoid fuck, as switching Google Play region is an annoying thing that takes too many steps. Especially if you want to keep getting stuff from your region, this can be a pain.

You can update existing ones. But if you happen to uninstall one from your original region and want to reinstall, or just want a new app from the region, you'll have to make your original region your initial account to be able to do that.

You can but Google Play will only use the first one.

It hardly sounds like an event though. More like a limited rate up on item drops when you play during that time.
