Alright, bouta have a stroke here, getting the 'login failed, please check your info' error again, i had it once a few weeks back, the vpn work around worked, only had to log in with it once, now it's happening again and it refuses to launch with the vpn active.

And no, the password is right, i can log into the site no problem, even changed it again to be 10000% sure

Fresh Install, status, now is giving me the 'update failed' screen

click the little cog in the launcher and change the download settings

confirming this , once the download starts you'll still get the download failed message. Click the cog again, but this time change language. You can still click English if you want it to stay English. That way, you don't abort the data you've already downloaded.

What I suggest is report this directly to DE/forum, that is if you still can login with your id and password to the forum.
If can't it's likely you are hack, remember the date you that can't log in and make a new account and report it to DE.
90% of the time if you are hacked DE usually do a roll back and password reset.

As i would only get this issue if i was running my vpn (which had skirted the issue once already)

Well if anything i guess thanks for trying, can't believe this shit. It seems another thing that causes this is some false positive wrong ip region logins, or false positive 'hacks' , even with correct info it can't allow a login through launcher, such a bizzare issue

There's some fuckery going on with the stuff you're downloading user. Hate to echo other people, but you are gonna have to submit a ticket. Support's pretty good for this since you're not looking for plat or a missing Lato Vandal, but don't get your hopes up and give it a day.

Did you farm ivara already? If you did, you should have 0 trouble with then on any frame from ash, limbo and loki to rhino, ember and zephyr.

It's an issue with sortie mission completion tracking. Logging out and logging back in sometimes fixes it, but it also sometimes doesn't.

Well, bugframe, lol. Is your internet connection good? It might be your connection just doesn't sesnd information that you had finished mission.

No, I mean that completing the mission successfully doesn't allow you to progress in the sortie, you have to do it again.

yup, although right now my gut is telling me that the issue i am having now is not related to the one i had previously (the log in issue) as now i still as i did then can log into the site fine, but couldn't launcher side, according to what i've read thread side, issue is both massively ignored, and likely tied to some shitty antihack, that puts login timeouts on accounts, but only launcher side, for some BIZZARE reason. i cant even begin to comprehend why they wouldn't like send an email alert.

forgot to mention, but yeah i already did that, i went through all the common solutions for the problem from the forums, submitted a ticket, then came here

I had the same issue. I have downloaded free VPN and while it was active I've verified and optimized the game through settings in launcher. After restarting my PC game worked again. I hope this will work for you too.

The DN has 4 or 5 dot disposition though, so a decent Riven will catapult it into absolute top tier territory for melee damage when combined with the Acolyte mods.

I think he needs to re-roll it for like +Status and +Crit Damage with a -Impact or Puncture modifier to get something truly stupid but it sure as shit beats my first Melee Riven, which was for the fucking Ceramic Dagger of all things. I didn't want that shit because Covert Lethality is a thing that exists and neither would anyone else in their right minds.

Basically how effective riven mods are going to be, how much of a boost they're going to give the weapon. It's based on usage stats - the more widely used a weapon is among the playerbase, the weaker its disposition.
