Damage is not the only thing the PA provides, I literally provided 3 points. Stop zooming in on damage being the only thing that exists.

You're not getting it, it knocks down enemies and builds kc hits really really fast. All while fighters have to go though the trouble of using chaos riser's and maybe build back gear.
