you see if a tether from kled pulls as someone is in a portal, it will pull them out to wherever kled is at that point, but if kled enters right after the pull or as it begins (or im assuming in the portal itself too) it will take out whoever was tethered but kled will still travel

in theory you could tether, have kledgo in first, then bard, and if its long enough kled will travel the whole distance but bard could be pulled out anywhere from the point he was at on the tick or where the portal entrance is, or it may do nothing. it all depends on when and how things happened

Phoenix aura does more damage per tick at lvl 1 and does 2 more ticks, and it's scales with AD now. Bear gives more MS at lvl 1. And his passive gives a bit of damage and cooldown reduction too. I'm not too sure what the fuck they doing to Tiger, they removed the clipping thing and increased the DoT to 6 seconds from 2.
Pretty good early game buffs in the end and you know how important the early game is for junglers. I'm not too sure how his late is tho but with the damage increase from his passive and the new AD scaling he shouldn't be too bad.
