Securing nukes is actually pretty important and do a lot of damage to buildings.

You either go extreme afk splitpush or you go one-man army and kill everyone long enough for somebody to pick up a nuke. You need to play something that can handle being in a 5 minute long brawl over one stupid nuke like Towers of Doom. Use nukes as soon as you can. None of this "Oh it'll be more efficient if I don't waste it on the turrets and put the fort/keep in the center 30 seconds later" because you probably won't get 30 seconds of alone time to drop a nuke.

Globals help but aren't really necessary unless your whole team has them stacked.
Boss is actually a really important objective. Make sure the enemy never gets a chance to do bosses or do them yourself the moment they decide they want to be in a lane on the wrong side of the map. It's just as optional as globals but one or two bosses sent down the lane really fucks up the enemy team's rotations/laning in mid to lategame.

Play it like it's BHB, where instead of coins and cannons, you drop nukes on the enemy buildings so you have to farm all the camps as much as you can without dying.

In most situations, yes. Here where Dehaka and Stitches have some amount of self sustain so her untargetable heals aren't as big an issue, and her blind is good vs 3/5 of their team, she's alright
