The reason they look like that is because they're wraiths, not real Heroic Spirits. In life, they all looked like relatively normal people.

I don't think so. I've re-downloaded data, reinstalled, etc and it hasn't helped. The pauses are weirdly always in the same part of the NP and only in some. (Examples being, a pause when Nero Bride moves her sword from vertical to horizontal or right before Scat throws Gae Bolg)

The true Hassans are not recorded as Heroic Spirits. They're all nameless wraiths vying for the title of "Hassan-i-Sabbah". The Assassin class itself acts as a catalyst, because they're all trying to become "the" Hassan-i-Sabbah; "the" Assassin.

She's probably a wraith too, kojiro and jack are wraiths and they're white too.
