I love the design behind reaper. Clearly shows the designers know what they are doing. Abilities barely reinforce his role, teleport is mostly useless, and now any tactical thinking is eliminated, you just hold leftclick and hope enemy doesn't know how to shield.
Another well made character joins symmetra and bastion in the hall of low elo stomping, but high elo useless characters.
Why? Why can't they design more characters like doomfist, or hanjo, or mccree, that have their niche implications and while decreasing in numbers the higher the elo, still retain some values no other character has. Why must it almost always be either broken as fuck, or useless as trashbag?

You know I thought nerfing Mercy was stupid before but I'm starting to think a slight nerf wouldn't be bad. When I only need 1 shot to kill someone and a Mercy flys in bringing them back to half health in 1-2 secs is kind of annoying.

Also fuck new players on your team who constantly switch characters. I've only started recently and I know how dumb it is. And people throwing matches. If you're not going to play then leave the game or don't join.

1) there is a player in the top 10 international that has never played any character but Reaper
2) his kit is entirely tactical. Positioning is everything with reaper. Obviously he's no tracer, but he can oneshot lots of heroes with simple single headshots

New hero based off of idea of previous guy

Mobh, 20 hp, 200 shields.

Lclick - "Drag" Enemies take a moderate amount of damage as you hold your mouse over them. Think a symmetra beam that isn't fully charged, and never drops or rises. It also minorly slows the affected unit.

E - "Fling" Pick a small circular area on the ground, all enemies are flung up into the air and take 50 damage

Lshift - "Feel" For 5 seconds, any damage Mobh takes will also be redirected back at the person who dealt it.

Q - "Psycho Wave" Gain 200 extra shields, and gain increased movement speed, able to use his main attack ability to every enemy in a large cone.

It's bad, but it's fun brainstorming

My idea for a new hero:

Omnic Offense/Healer
Affiliated with Talon

100 Health, 50 Shield, 50 Armor
Passive: Above average mobility with armor intact(Tracer/Genji speed), average when down to shield, Zenyatta speed when below 100 health.

M1: Hitscan laser rifle with relatively slow rate of fire(think Mercy blaster), 20 damage a shot, can crit, 10 ammo, 1 second reload. Generates charge.
M2: A projectile laser beam that does 50 damage after a short windup time during which no other actions can be taken(like Zen M2). Generates no charge but damage increases with charge up to 200 damage at max. Cannot be deflected/eaten by DM. 10s cooldown.
LShift: Converts current stored charge(up to 100) to health in a 15m AoE. Each ally healed gives back 5 charge. 2s CD.
E: Directly heal an ally 100 HP at 25hp/s, generates 10 charge, 6s CD
Q: Basically Lucio's sound barrier but the shield is proportional to amount of charge. More than Lucio's at 100% and less at below 55%.

I just want there to be more than 4 healers.

Watching a good genji is super satisfying. I love having them on my team when RNG does favor me with decent team mates. Even better when they get play of the game and it isnt even with the Dragonblade.
